FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION

At Gibraltar Home Health we provide a free in-home assessment to better understand the needs of our care recipient and their family. Our team of licensed nurses and home care aides will evaluate your needs and answer any questions or concerns regarding your in-home health care.

DURING THE FREE IN-HOME CONSULTATION:

One of our licensed Registered Nurses will visit you in the comfort of your own home and answer any all questions you may have. The goal of this assessment is to make sure you have a thorough understanding of how we can help meet the needs of you or your loved one. During the consultation the following will be discussed:

• All your questions about our services, staff and company.
• The specific needs of you and your loved ones.
• Our process and your expectations for care.
• Medication management and if medication set-up is needed. 
• Home Safety evaluation and needs. 
• Emergency contact information.
• Any special circumstances or requests.
